2. Booking & Communication
   Once your booking is made, our team will connect with you within 24 hours via your registered email or WhatsApp number. Due to high demand, the waiting period for consultations may extend up to 7 working days. Clients are requested to be patient and cooperative during this time.
3. Payments
   All payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking. Once payment is received, an acknowledgment will be sent to your registered contact details. We accept payments through verified and secure platforms only.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
   All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. In special or valid cases (such as technical payment issues or genuine emergencies), fees may be adjusted or partially reduced at our discretion. Any such request must be raised within 24 hours of booking.
